From using GSM data exchange for tracking and tracing in the early nineties with just a few GSM antennas scattered over Europe to the introduction of electronic ticketing in the airline industry. From the start of using e-mail to send PDF invoices to customers to the development of fully automated electronic invoice exchange hubs.
Apart from giving a leading edge over competitors, embedding the believe that the future happens today also gives energy to everyone working in such an organisation.
